Schedule Availability with Custom Open & Expiry Experiences - Form, Survey & Quiz

Forms, Surveys, and Quizzes are often used for time-sensitive campaigns like event registrations, flash sales, webinars, contests, and limited-time offers—but until now, they remained available indefinitely unless manually removed or restricted.

With Scheduling, you can now control exactly when a Form, Survey, or Quiz starts and stops accepting submissions. You can also decide what visitors see before it opens or after it expires, giving you full control over the experience without having to manually manage availability.

• When it should open

• The time zone used for the schedule

⚙️ How It Works

1. Open your Form, Survey, or Quiz and navigate to its settings.
2. Enable Schedule visibility.
3. Configure when it should open: Right away, or Pick a date
4. Configure when it should close: Never, or Pick a date
5. Select the appropriate time zone.
6. Configure what visitors should see outside the active window.

1. Choose either:

•      Show a page to display a customized message, or
•      Open a link to redirect visitors to another URL.

1. At the configured opening time, it automatically starts accepting responses.
2. At the closing time, new submissions are automatically blocked and visitors see the experience you configured.
