Introducing QR Codes for Calendars, Services & Rentals!

QR Codes just got a whole lot more powerful! 🎉

We're excited to introduce new QR Code types for Calendars, Services & Rentals, further expanding QR Code integrations across the Secure Automation ecosystem!

And that's not all! We're also introducing prebuilt QR Codes directly within Calendars, Services & Rentals, making it easier than ever to access, customize, track, and share QR Codes without having to create them manually. ✨

🆕 What's New?

📅 1. New QR Code Types — Calendars, Services & Rentals!

We're expanding the capabilities of QR Codes by introducing native support for Calendars, Services & Rentals. Users can now create QR Codes for a wide range of booking and scheduling experiences directly from the QR Code Builder.

Here's what's supported:

• 📅 Calendars: Create QR Codes for Calendars, Calendar Groups, and other supported Calendar destinations.
• 🛎️ Services: Generate QR Codes for Services, Service Groups, Staff, Landing Pages, and Booking Pages.
• 🏠 Rentals: Create QR Codes for Rentals, Rental Categories, Booking Pages, and other supported Rental destinations.

Whether you're sharing a booking link, promoting a service, or making a rental accessible, you can now create a QR Code that takes customers directly to the relevant destination.

More QR Code types. More possibilities. One connected ecosystem! 🚀

✨ 2. Prebuilt QR Codes — Already Created, Just for You!

We wanted to take this experience a step further!

Previously, users who wanted to create a QR Code for their Calendar, Service, or Rental had to navigate to the QR Code section, manually create a QR Code, and configure its destination.

Not anymore! 🙌

We've introduced dedicated QR Code touchpoints within Calendars, Services & Rentals, giving users access to prebuilt QR Codes already mapped to their respective destinations.

Here's what's new:

• 🎯 Automatically Mapped QR Codes: Access a prebuilt QR Code associated with your specific Calendar, Service, or Rental.
• ⚡ No Manual Creation Required: Skip the process of navigating to the QR Code Builder and creating a QR Code from scratch.
• 📍 Access QR Codes Where You Work: Find QR Codes directly within the relevant Calendars, Services & Rentals sections.
• 🔗 Seamless Integration: QR Codes are already linked to their corresponding destinations, making them ready to use.

The best part? Users no longer need to think about creating QR Codes as a separate task. They're now available right where users need them!

📊 3. QR Code Performance Insights — Track, Customize & Download!

We're not just making QR Codes easier to access — we're also making them easier to manage and track! 🚀

The new QR Code touchpoints provide users with important performance metrics and quick actions, all without having to navigate to the QR Code section.

Here's what's available:

• 📈 Total Scans: View the total number of scans received on your QR Code to understand how frequently it's being used.
• 🕒 Last Scanned Date: See when your QR Code was last scanned to get visibility into its recent activity.
• 🎨 Edit QR Code Design: Customize the appearance of your QR Code directly from the touchpoint.
• ⬇️ Download QR Code: Quickly download your QR Code for use across your marketing materials, websites, or offline campaigns.

Why is this useful?

Imagine you've shared a QR Code for your booking calendar on a flyer or added one to your service brochure. You can now quickly check how many times the QR Code has been scanned and when it was last used, directly from the respective Calendar or Service! And if you need to update its design or download it again, you can do that from the very same place.

No switching between sections. No hunting for QR Codes. Everything you need, right where you need it! ✨

📋 4. All Your Prebuilt QR Codes, in One Place!

We've also made sure these prebuilt QR Codes are easy to discover and access beyond their respective touchpoints. Prebuilt QR Codes are visible on the QR Codes List page, alongside your other QR Codes.

This means users can:

• 👀 View Prebuilt QR Codes: Find QR Codes associated with Calendars, Services & Rentals directly from the QR Codes List page.
• 📇 Centralized Visibility: Access both manually created and prebuilt QR Codes from one location.
• 🔄 Flexible Access: Use the dedicated touchpoints within Calendars, Services & Rentals or navigate to the QR Codes List page.

Whether you prefer accessing QR Codes directly from a product or through the QR Code section, we've got you covered!

🎯 Why This Matters

QR Codes are an incredibly effective way to connect offline and online experiences, especially when it comes to appointments, services, and bookings. But until now, users had to manually create QR Codes and configure their destinations, even for products they were already using within Secure Automation. With this release, we're eliminating that extra effort while also bringing QR Code performance insights and management capabilities closer to where users work.

By introducing new QR Code types, native QR Code touchpoints, scan metrics, and direct customization options across Calendars, Services & Rentals, we're making QR Codes a more integrated and accessible part of the Secure Automation ecosystem.

Users can now effortlessly connect customers to booking and scheduling experiences, monitor QR Code engagement, and manage their QR Codes without constantly navigating between products.

More Integrations. Fewer Steps. Better Insights. Smarter QR Codes! 🚀
