🚀 Introducing Computer for Managed Agents — Now More Powerful Than Ever!

Your Managed Agents can now browse websites, create files, run code, and complete complex tasks beyond your CRM!

With the new Computer capability, Managed Agents can interact with websites, work with documents, analyze data, and automate tasks across different applications — all from a single conversation.

And with our latest improvements in performance, parallel execution, security, and user experience, Computer is now even faster and more powerful!

✨ What's New?

🌐 Browser Automation

Browse websites, research information, and interact with web applications.

Click buttons, fill out forms, and complete multi-step tasks.

Watch your agent work in real time and take control of the browser whenever needed.

📁 File Creation & Management

Create, read, edit, and export documents, spreadsheets, reports, and other files.

Analyze data and generate business-ready reports.

Reuse files across conversations with a persistent workspace.

💻 Terminal & Code Execution

Execute Python scripts and terminal commands.

Process datasets, perform calculations, and automate complex operations.

Combine browser, file, and code capabilities to complete end-to-end tasks.

⚡ Dedicated Computer & Parallel Execution

Every Managed Agent gets its own dedicated computer environment.

Run 8–10 browser chats in parallel on a single agent, with each conversation using its own browser tab.

Improved performance and concurrency make browser automation faster and more reliable.

🔐 Secure Sign-ins & Approval Controls

Website credentials are securely stored in Secure Automation Keychain.

Agents request approval for sensitive actions such as payments, sending messages, submitting forms, and deleting files.

Review pending requests from the Waiting on You section.

🖥️ Improved Computer & Take Control Experience

Redesigned Computer interface for easier navigation.

Faster and smoother browser interactions.

Improved Take Control experience for switching between agent automation and manual control.

Better visibility into ongoing browser activity.

🛠️ How to Get Started

Navigate to AI Agents → Agent Studio → Managed Agents.

Open an existing agent or create a new one.

Go to Capabilities and enable Computer.

Configure your Ask Before approval preferences.

Open the agent's chat and describe the task you want it to perform.

Example Prompt:

"Research competitor pricing from their websites, compare their offerings, and create a spreadsheet with the results."

Your agent can browse websites, collect information, analyze the data, and create the spreadsheet for you!

🎯 Why This Matters

Beyond CRM Automation: Work across websites, external applications, and files.

End-to-End Execution: Complete complex, multi-step tasks without switching tools.

Faster Performance: Run multiple browser conversations in parallel.

More Productivity: Delegate research, reporting, data processing, and repetitive work.

Secure & Controlled: Keep sensitive actions protected with approvals and secure authentication.

Persistent Workspace: Continue working with files across multiple conversations.

📢 Important Notes

Computer currently supports chat-based and manual executions, not automation-triggered runs.

Each Managed Agent has its own computer environment.

Payments and file deletions always require user approval.

Users can monitor and manage pending approvals through Waiting on You.

From browsing websites to creating documents and automating complex workflows, Managed Agents can now do much more than ever before.

One Agent. Its Own Computer. Endless Possibilities. 🚀
