Describe the email you want and Email AI builds a complete, on-brand design in one pass. Then refine it by chatting, in code, with Visual edits or in the Design editor.

What's new
- Start from a prompt or an idea: Describe the email in plain language, or start from an idea like Welcome new subscribers, Product launch or Newsletter update.
- A complete email in one pass: Get a designed email with a hero image, headline, benefit sections, testimonial, calls to action and footer.
- On brand by default: Email AI applies your Brand Board automatically, including your logo and brand colors.
- Personalization: Add merge fields like
{{contact.first_name}}. - Edit by chatting: Ask for changes like "Make the brand color blue", and Email AI updates buttons, labels, accents and backgrounds across the whole email.
- Code view: View and edit the email's HTML side by side with a live preview.
- Visual edits: Fine-tune typography, colors, spacing and borders on any element.
- Design editor: Switch at any time. A copy of the email opens in the drag-and-drop editor for further editing.
How to use it
- Go to Marketing > Emails.
- Click Create with AI.
- Describe the email you want, or pick a suggested idea.
- Refine it by chatting, in the code view, with Visual edits or in the Design editor.
Why it matters
- Faster email creation: One prompt becomes a complete, designed email.
- No design skills needed: Change anything by chatting, then switch to code, Visual edits or the Design editor for more control.
- On brand by default: Your Brand Board is applied automatically.
Good to know
- Keep your Brand Board up to date so Email AI uses your latest logo and colors.
- Switching to the Design editor creates a copy of the email, and the converted layout may differ slightly from the original.
