Building a Conversation AI agent used to mean writing a long prompt, then setting up triggers, channels, actions, hand-offs and working hours one screen at a time. With Build with AI, you describe what your agent should do in plain words, and it builds the complete agent for you in about a minute. Then you refine it by chatting and test it, all in one place.
Key Capabilities- Just describe your agent: Choose Create with AI and describe your agent in plain words, or start from a template. No prompt writing needed. For the best result, mention your business, the agent's goal and when it should hand off to a person.
- It asks only what it can't guess: Build with AI asks a few short questions, such as who should receive price-negotiation hand-offs, and works out the rest on its own.
- A complete agent, set up for you: Triggers and channels, booking and hand-off actions, and your knowledge base are added for you. The agent's instructions and its outbound opening message are written too.
- Change anything by chatting: Ask for changes in plain words, such as new working hours or a 5-second reply delay, and the agent is updated.
- One chat for everything: Add triggers, actions, hand-offs and working hours from the same chat. One request can add a missed-call trigger, set working hours and add a hand-off to your finance team.
- Simple instructions become detailed prompts: Ask for a different tone or goal, and Build with AI rewrites the agent's instructions for you. No prompt engineering needed.
- Rich replies by asking: Ask for photos, quick-reply buttons and files, and rich replies are turned on for your agent.
- Test it right in the builder: Click Test agent and chat with your agent without leaving Build with AI. No need to switch to the manual editor.
- Prefer manual? Switch anytime: Everything Build with AI writes stays fully editable in the manual editor, and you can switch back to Build with AI at any time.
- Go to AI Agents → Conversation AI and click Create Agent.
- Choose Create with AI, then click Start with AI.
- Describe your agent in plain words, or start from a template.
- Answer the questions Build with AI asks.
- Review your agent and ask for any changes in the chat.
- Click Test agent to try it out, then turn the agent on when you're ready.
- Live in minutes: a complete agent from one description, instead of setting up each part by hand.
- No prompt writing: say what you want, and Build with AI writes detailed instructions for you.
- Nothing left out: triggers, channels, actions, hand-offs, working hours and knowledge base are set up together.
- Your agent starts turned off: a new agent doesn't reply until you turn it on, so you can review and test it first.
- Outbound needs activation: if your agent has an outbound trigger, activate outbound before it can send the first message.
- Test messages are never sent to your contacts.
