Start workflows automatically when a new association connects CRM records. Use the associated object and relationship label to decide when follow-up should begin.

A new relationship can be the signal to act. Notify the team when a buyer is linked to a property, create a follow-up task when records are connected, or start an onboarding process.

1. Enable Association Created Trigger in Labs.
2. Go to Automation > Workflows and open a supported workflow.
3. Add the Association Created trigger.
4. Under Association created with, choose the associated object. Click Add filters to add an Association label filter and choose the label.
5. Save the trigger, add your actions, and publish.

• Start with the record that should enrol: Choose its workflow type, then configure the associated object.
• Use labels for precise follow-up: Target the relationship role that matters to your process.
• Validate with a new association: Create a matching link after publishing and check Enrollment history and Execution logs.

Overview

You can now search for any word or phrase across your Conversations inbox, and within a single conversation. Until now, finding a specific message meant scrolling through the thread manually or guessing which contact had said it, and as accounts grew this became slow and unreliable. With keyword search, you can pull up the right conversation and jump straight to the exact message in seconds.

What’s New?

We’ve introduced keyword search at two levels in Conversations.

• Cross-conversation search lets you find every conversation where a word or phrase was mentioned. Type a keyword in the search box and results appear as you type, with the total count and a preview of the matching message for each contact, keyword highlighted. Click a result to open that conversation at the match. The same search box also accepts a contact name, email address, or phone number.
• In-conversation search lets you find a specific message inside one contact’s thread. Every match is highlighted, a counter shows where you are (for example 6/6), and up / down arrows jump between matches. If you arrive from a cross-conversation search, the keyword is already filled in.

Results can be narrowed with filters for Date range, Channel (Email, SMS, Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram),Direction, Owner, Has attachments and Followers. For example, if a customer mentioned a competitor’s name last week but you can’t remember who, search that name across the inbox and open the right thread immediately. Or if you’re in a long conversation and need the price you quoted, search the amount and jump directly to it.

How to Use

• Go to Conversations. Click the search icon at the top of the conversation list on left nav bar.
• Type a keyword, name, email, or phone number. Results appear as you type.

• Click a result to open the conversation at the matching message.

• Inside a conversation, click the search icon in the header to search within that thread, and use the up / down arrows to move between matches.

• Use the filter icon on the results list to narrow by date, channel, attachments, direction, owner, or followers.

Why It Matters

This helps teams find past context fast, whether it’s a quoted price, a promised date, a complaint, or a product mention, without scrolling or relying on memory. Keyword search was one of the most requested features on our Ideas Board and a recurring theme in customer feedback, and it brings Conversations in line with what users expect from any modern messaging inbox.

The domain-based Company automation from Labs is now available to every sub-account. When a Contact is created or their email changes, Secure Automation finds the right Company by email domain, associates the Contact, and creates and enriches the Company when none exists. No Labs toggle is needed.

• Out of Labs: Available to every sub-account. Configure it in Settings > Objects > Companies, under Automations.
• On by default for new agencies: Create companies from contact's email domain is turned on for new agencies. Existing agencies keep it off until an admin turns it on.
• Company Domain Name field: One domain per Company, unique by default, so the same business is not created twice.
• Automatic association: Contacts are linked to the Company that holds their email domain. Existing Companies without a domain are matched and reused first.
• Automatic creation with enrichment: When no Company matches, a new one is created with its domain, name, and logo.
• Smart exclusions: Free email providers such as Gmail and Yahoo are skipped, and admins can add their own domains to exclude.
• Existing data: When you turn it on, you can fill in domains for existing Companies and apply the automation to existing Contacts.

For B2B teams, a Contact's email domain is one of the clearest signals of which Company they belong to. Company data now organizes itself as Contacts enter the CRM: fewer manual associations, fewer duplicates, and existing Companies with their deals and notes are reused instead of recreated.

1. Go to Settings > Objects > Companies.
2. Under Automations, turn on Create companies from contact's email domain (already on for new agencies), Enrich companies automatically, and Automatically prevent duplicate companies.
3. Add any domains to ignore under Exclude domains from automatic association.
4. Choose whether to fill in domains for existing Companies and apply the automation to existing Contacts, then click Save changes.

The Company automation settings in Settings > Objects > Companies.

• Keep duplicate prevention on: It is the safety net for every way a Company can be created.
• Fill in domains first: Run the domain fill-in before applying the automation to existing Contacts, so Contacts attach to Companies you already have.
• Existing links are respected: A Contact already associated with a Company is not changed, and a domain you entered yourself is never overwritten.
• Domain matching is exact: company.com and mail.company.com are treated as different domains.

Know who does what at each Company. Use labels such as Employee, Billing contact, or Decision maker to describe a Contact’s role, keep responsibilities current, and reach the relevant people.

• Roles that match your business: Create Company and Contact association labels in object settings.
• Single or paired labels: Use one name on both sides or names such as Employer and Employee. Configure relationship limits in each direction.
• Labels on record relationships: Choose a role when linking records and edit custom labels on existing links.
• Multiple roles for one person: The same Contact and Company can be linked under more than one label.
• Email by role: Choose association labels when emailing from Companies. Contacts matching several selected labels are deduplicated.

• Find the right stakeholder: Identify billing contacts and decision makers before reaching out.
• Make communication relevant: Send an account update to Billing contacts or a review invitation to Decision makers.
• Keep responsibilities clear: Update the relationship label when a person’s role changes.

Automate SMS reminders and follow-ups from the workflows managing your records. Send SMS to Contacts associated with a Custom Object record or Company, with recipients selected by relationship label. Combine record fields with recipient fields for contextual communication.

• Send from record workflows: Add Send SMS to Custom Object & Company workflows.
• Choose the right Contacts: Select association labels and choose all, the most recently associated, or the earliest associated Contact where available.
• Contextual communication: Combine enrolled Custom Object or Company fields with recipient Contact fields to personalise each SMS with the relevant record details.
• Compose or reuse: Write a message or select an SMS template.
• Review delivery results: Open Statistics for action-level delivery statuses and recipient results.

Keep record updates and customer follow-up in the same automation. Combine record details with recipient personalisation for contextual renewal reminders, service updates, and account messages.

1. Enable the Send SMS action in Labs.
2. Open a Custom Object or Company workflow under Automation > Workflows.
3. Add the Send SMS action.
4. Choose SMS recipients: all associated contacts, the most recently associated contact, or the earliest associated contact. Then choose one or more association labels.
5. Select a template or write your message. Combine Custom Object or Company fields with recipient fields using the custom value picker.
6. Save the action, review the workflow, and publish when ready.

• Company label combinations: Combining Primary Company with another label uses All associated contacts.
• One message per matching Contact: Contacts under multiple selected labels receive one SMS from the action run.
• Check results after a run: Open Statistics on the action to see which Contacts received the SMS.

See the Custom Object and Company records linked to each Contact directly in Smart Lists, and use those relationships to build segments. Group Contacts by selected pets or Companies, combine association criteria with other Contact filters, and save the audience for focused follow-up.

• Columns for each relationship: Add a separate column for each association label, including different relationships to the same object.
• Linked-record chips: See associated records at a glance and open a record from its chip. A +N indicator shows when more records are linked.
• Association filters: Find Contacts linked to selected records with Contains any or Does not contain any, or check for missing and existing relationships with Is empty and Is not empty.
• Audiences built around relationships: Save Smart Lists based on linked pets, Companies, or other records, alongside your existing Contact criteria.
• Primary Company clarity: The Company name column is now Primary Company, with a chip for the linked Company.

Association columns for Additional Company, Policy, Owned Pet and Car, next to Primary Company.

Turn associated records into useful audiences for relevant follow-up. For example:

• Pet-specific follow-up: A veterinary team can group Contacts linked to selected pets, such as Mango or Jasper, for communication about those pets.
• Company-focused outreach: An account team can group Contacts linked to selected Companies, such as McKinsey or EY, under the relevant relationship label.
• Relationship gaps: Find Contacts without an Owned Pet or Additional Company association to review and complete missing links.

3. Click the columns count above the list to open Manage fields, select labels under Associations, and click Apply.

• Choose the right label: Different labels can describe different relationships to the same object.

• Use familiar names: Association headings reflect your configured object names.

Overview

Calculated Fields let you create custom fields that fill themselves in. Instead of updating numbers, dates or text by hand, you set up a formula once. The field then calculates its value automatically from your other contact data. Use it to score leads, track how long since a contact was last engaged, count down to a renewal date, or format data consistently, with no manual work or workarounds. Calculated Fields is available in private beta.

What’s new

1. New “Calculated” custom field type: create fields whose values are worked out automatically from other fields on the contact.

Four calculation types:

• Custom formula: build your own equation using operators and functions.

• Time between: the time between two date fields.

• Time since: the time elapsed since a date, such as days since last purchase.

• Time until: the time left until a date, such as days until renewal.

2. Multiple output types: Results can be a Number, Boolean (true/false), Text, Date or Date-Time.

3. Flexible number formatting: Show a number as a formatted number, unformatted number, currency, percentage or duration (for example, “3 hrs 9 mins”).

4. Built-in function library: Math (SUM, AVERAGE, ROUND, MIN, MAX, ABS and more), Text (CONCAT, UPPER, LOWER, TRIM, LEFT, RIGHT, REPLACE and more), Date/Time (ADD_TIME, YEAR, MONTH, DAY, WEEKDAY and more) and Logic (IF, AND, OR, IS_KNOWN).

5. Test before you save: Try your formula with sample values. If something’s wrong, you get a clear error message that helps you fix it.

6. Always accurate: Values recalculate automatically when the source fields change. Calculated fields are read-only, so a manual edit, import or workflow can’t overwrite them by accident.

7. Available for opportunities and custom objects: Create calculated fields on contacts, opportunities and custom objects. All three are part of the private beta.

8. Filter smart lists by calculated fields: You can now filter your smart lists using calculated fields. 'Time since' and 'Time until' fields are the exception: they can be added as smart list columns but can’t be used as filters.

9. Use them across your CRM: Add calculated fields as smart list columns and filters, and use them in workflows.

Overview

Managing documents on the contact detail page just got easier! We're introducing folders to help you organize, manage, and recover your contact documents effortlessly.

You can now create folders, organize files across multiple levels, move documents between folders, and restore accidentally deleted files or folders within 60 days. Everything stays organized at the individual contact level, making it easier to find and manage the documents you need.

What's new?

Create custom folders to organize documents for individual contacts. Organize files and folders across multiple levels for better structure and accessibility.

Manage two types of folders:

• System folders: Predefined folders that cannot be deleted.
• Custom folders: User-created folders that can be organized and deleted as needed.

All folders are maintained at the contact level, keeping each contact's documents organized independently.

2. Move files and folders effortlessly

• Move files from one folder to another without having to re-upload them.
• Move folders across different levels to reorganize your document structure.
• Keep related documents together and maintain a cleaner, more structured workspace.

3. Delete files and folders

• Delete files uploaded to custom folders when they are no longer needed.
• Delete custom folders to keep your document section clutter-free.
• System folders remain protected from deletion to preserve their predefined structure.
• Files within system folders are currently protected from deletion.

4. Introducing trash – recover deleted files and folders

Accidentally deleted something? We've got you covered!

• Deleted files and custom folders are moved to Trash instead of being permanently removed immediately.
• Restore individual files or entire folders within 60 days of deletion.
• Recover deleted folders along with their contents, making it easy to retrieve important documents.
• Files and folders are permanently deleted after 60 days and can no longer be restored.

What's next?

We're continuing to improve document management to give you greater flexibility and control.

• Delete files from system folders: Soon, you'll be able to delete files stored within system folders, giving you more control over managing your documents.
• You can add tags to documents for better identification.

Our goal is to make document management simpler, more organized, and more flexible, so you can spend less time searching for files and more time focusing on your contacts.

We've given the contact activity panel a complete makeover, making it easier for users to view, navigate, and track important activities and interactions associated with a contact.

With a refreshed UI, new activity cards for opportunities, appointments, notes, and tags, powerful filters, and improved navigation, users can now get a more comprehensive view of their contact's journey, all in one place.

What's changed?

We're expanding the activity panel beyond the existing activity types by introducing four new activity cards, providing greater visibility into important events and interactions throughout a contact's journey.

• Opportunities: Track opportunity-related activities, including opportunity creation, stage changes, status updates, and other key changes. This helps users understand how a contact is progressing through the sales pipeline.
• Appointments: View appointment-related activities, including appointment creation, rescheduling, cancellations, and status changes. Users can quickly understand a contact's appointment history without navigating to the calendar.
• Notes: Stay informed about notes added to a contact, providing visibility into important observations, follow-ups, and information captured by team members.
• Tags: Track when tags are added to or removed from a contact, helping users understand changes in contact categorization and segmentation over time.

With these additions, users can now access a broader range of contact activities from a single, centralized view, reducing the need to navigate between different modules.

3. New filters for faster navigation

We've introduced three new filters to help users narrow down activities and find relevant information without scrolling through the entire activity history.

• Duration: Filter activities by a specific time period to focus on relevant events.
• Users: View activities associated with specific users to better understand individual interactions.
• Module type: Filter activities by module to focus on specific types of events and interactions.

These filters make it easier to navigate through a contact's activity history, especially for contacts with a large volume of interactions.

4. Activity panel moved to the center

• The activity panel has been moved from the right panel to the center panel, alongside Conversations, making it more accessible.
• This placement allows users to switch between conversations and activities seamlessly, without navigating across different sections of the contact detail page.
• Users who prefer the previous layout can move the activity panel back to the right using the contact detail page customization feature.
• Our recommendation: Keep the activity panel in the center for a more streamlined experience and easier navigation between conversations and activities.

5. Expandable and collapsible activity cards

Every activity card now supports two viewing modes, giving users greater control over how much information they want to see.

• Collapsed view: Displays only the most important details of an activity, allowing users to quickly scan through events without unnecessary clutter.
• Expanded view: Provides additional context and detailed information about the event, helping users understand what happened without navigating away from the activity panel.

This approach balances information density with readability, making the panel useful for both quick reviews and detailed investigations.

What's next? - We're continuing to enhance the contact activity panel to make it a more comprehensive destination for tracking everything happening with a contact.

We also recognized that a customer's Billing Address might not always be the same as their Shipping Address. To support this, we've introduced a new Billing Address toggle within the Sell Products element.

Here's how it works:

• 🧾 Enable Billing Address: Users can now toggle Billing Address collection directly from the Sell Products element.
• 📦 Shipping Address Dependency: Billing Address can only be enabled when the Shipping Address is enabled.
• 🔄 Consistent Address Fields: The fields displayed in Billing Address automatically mirror the fields configured in the Address element.

For example:

If your Address element is configured to collect Street Address, City, State, Postal Code, and Country, the Billing Address will collect those same details.

This ensures a consistent address collection experience without requiring users to configure the same fields twice.

Let's face it — nobody enjoys entering the same address twice! 😅

To make checkout even smoother, we've introduced a "Same as Shipping Address" checkbox for customers filling out Forms & Surveys.

The new QR Code touchpoints provide users with important performance metrics and quick actions, all without having to navigate to the QR Code section.

Here's what's available:

• 📈 Total Scans: View the total number of scans received on your QR Code to understand how frequently it's being used.
• 🕒 Last Scanned Date: See when your QR Code was last scanned to get visibility into its recent activity.
• 🎨 Edit QR Code Design: Customize the appearance of your QR Code directly from the touchpoint.
• ⬇️ Download QR Code: Quickly download your QR Code for use across your marketing materials, websites, or offline campaigns.

Why is this useful?

Imagine you've shared a QR Code for your booking calendar on a flyer or added one to your service brochure. You can now quickly check how many times the QR Code has been scanned and when it was last used, directly from the respective Calendar or Service! And if you need to update its design or download it again, you can do that from the very same place.

⚙️ How It Works

Option 1: Create a QR Code from the QR Code Builder

• Navigate to QR Codes: Open the QR Code section.
• Choose a QR Code Type: Select Calendars, Services, or Rentals.

• Select Your Destination: Choose the relevant Calendar, Calendar Group, Service, Service Group, Staff, Rental, Booking Page, or other supported destination.

• Create Your QR Code: Generate a QR Code mapped to your selected destination.

Option 2: Access a Prebuilt QR Code

• Navigate to Your Product: Open the relevant Calendars, Services, or Rentals section.
• Find the QR Code Touchpoint: Access the newly introduced QR Code option.
• Access Your QR Code: View the prebuilt QR Code already mapped to that particular Calendar, Service, or Rental.
• Track Performance: Check the total number of scans and the last scanned date.

Previously, when users encountered errors while building their Forms, Surveys, or Quizzes, it wasn't always clear which field was causing the issue or what needed to be fixed. This often resulted in frustration and unnecessary Support tickets. We're changing that experience completely!

Here's how it works:

• 🔍 Automatic Error Detection: When a user attempts to save a Form, Survey, or Quiz, we automatically detect any existing errors and display them in a dedicated modal as well as next to the concerned field.
• 📋 Clear Error Breakdown: Each error highlights the exact field causing the issue, along with a description of what's wrong.
• 🎯 Click to Navigate: Users can simply click on an error to jump directly to the field that needs attention.
• ☑️ Real-Time Error Resolution: As soon as an error is resolved, we automatically detect the fix and strike it off the error list. No manual tracking needed!

What errors are covered?

The new experience focuses on existing validation errors related to:

• Custom field creation
• Duplicate custom fields

2. Recommendations — Smart Suggestions for Better Forms

Ever published a form only to realize you forgot to update a CTA URL or left your payment element in Test Mode? 😬

With Recommendations, we're helping users catch common mistakes and discover opportunities to improve their Forms, Surveys & Quizzes.

Some recommendations include:

• 🔗 Placeholder URLs: Get reminded to replace placeholder URLs like example.com with your actual destination URLs.
• 🏷️ Custom Field Placeholder Names: Get notified when a newly created Custom Field still has its default placeholder name, so you can rename it appropriately and keep your fields organized.
• 💳 Payment Mode Alerts: Know when your Sell Products element is still configured in Test Mode instead of Live Mode.
• 🛡️ Bot Protection: Get recommendations to enable Bot Protection and reduce unwanted spam submissions.

These contextual suggestions help users catch overlooked configurations and make their Forms, Surveys & Quizzes more reliable and ready for real-world use.

3. Insights — Know Your Form Inside Out!

Alongside Recommendations, we're introducing a dedicated Insights tab that provides a quick overview of how your Form, Survey, or Quiz is configured.

Users can now get visibility into:
