Connectors link Ask AI to the apps your team already uses, now from the mobile app. Connect an account, pick which tools Ask AI may use, and you're set.
🤔 The Challenge- You want Ask AI to work with your other apps, not just Secure Automation.
- Until now, you had to open a computer to connect those apps.
- Away from your desk, you couldn't add an account, fix an expired login or switch off a tool.
Connectors now live in the Secure Automation mobile app, inside Ask AI.
- Connected tab: see every connected app, its account count and how many tools are on.
- Browse tab: search the app catalog and connect a new app in a few taps.
- Sign in safely: for most apps, you sign in on the app's own page in a secure in-app browser.
- Control the tools: tick the exact tools Ask AI may call, or use Select all.
- Bring your own server: add a custom MCP server with a name and URL. (MCP, or Model Context Protocol, is the standard way AI assistants talk to other apps.)
- Stay in sync with web: apps you connect on web show up on mobile, and the other way round.
- Save time: connect or fix an app in seconds, wherever you are.
- Stay in control: decide exactly which tools Ask AI may use, per app.
- Keep work moving: reconnect an expired account from your phone, without waiting to get back to your desk.
- Keep accounts private: the accounts you connect are yours. Other users in the sub-account don't see them.
- Navigate: Open Ask AI, then tap the Chat history icon at the top right.
- Open Connectors: Tap Customize at the top right, then tap Connectors.
- Connect: On the Browse tab, pick an app and tap Connect. Sign in when asked.
- Choose tools: Pick the account, tick the tools you want, keep Connector enabled on, then tap Save.
- Enjoy: Head back to Ask AI and ask away.
- Full translations: the remaining Connectors text is translated into all 12 supported languages for an upcoming release.
- More polish: we're refining the Connectors screens based on your feedback.

- Who can use it: anyone with access to Ask AI in the mobile app.
- Sub-accounts only: Connectors are set up per sub-account. At agency level, you're asked to switch to a sub-account first.
- Ways to connect: most apps open a sign-in page. Some ask for credentials or a name and email. Some need no account at all.
- Custom MCP: the server URL must start with https:// or http://. Client ID, client secret and a copyable Redirect URL are also available.
- Turning a connector on: it needs a connected account and at least one tool ticked.
- Save before you leave: tapping Back without Save discards your changes, with no warning.
- One tool list per app: your tool choices apply to the app, whichever of its accounts is in use.
- Deleting a custom MCP server also removes every account connected to it. This can't be undone.
- Offline: you see your last loaded list with a "Couldn't refresh your connectors" banner. Tap Try again once you're back online.
- Languages: some Connectors text may still show in English in other languages in v4.27.0.
- Skills, available on web, are not part of Customize on mobile yet.
